Interim Finance Manager | PE-Backed SaaS Scale-Up | 6-month

Harmonic are excited to be partnering with a SaaS Scale-up backed by private equity to find an excellent Interim Finance Manager for a 6-month day-rate contract, with potential for permanent placement thereafter.

The Client

Our client has international offices in the US, UK and Europe and is set for rapid expansion with ARR forecasted to reach $80m in 2025. They have already achieved profitability and operate in the B2B SaaS space with multiple products. The team includes experienced leaders in Tech and SaaS scale-ups.

The Role

The Finance Manager will support the Head of Finance & CFO, focusing on multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations, and the optimisation of finance systems and processes. They will be hands-on and able to work in detail to ensure the finance function is robust and scalable as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Multi-entity & multi-currency consolidations (UK, US, France)
• Develop robust financial controls built for scaling
• Ensure the smooth running of daily financial operations
• Implement processes to drive efficiency across the finance function
• Proven experience of scaling a UK finance function
• Multi-entity consolidations experience; UK & US experience essential
• Prior experience of investor reporting, ideally in a PE-backed business

Bonus Experience

• Experience in a Private Equity-backed business with understanding of reporting requirements
• Experience using NetSuite
• Experience as a finance manager/financial controller within a B2B SaaS business

Location

London (2-3 days per week in office)
