Job Description:

As the Finance Director, you will oversee all financial aspects of our retail operations, shaping financial strategy, driving profitability, and supporting expansion initiatives. Leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen are essential.

Interim Role:

We seek a candidate to help us through a 12-month transition period, including board succession and operational overhaul, spending 2-3 days per week with us.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability.
• Provide financial guidance to the executive team and departments.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance.
• Lead financial modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the finance team fostering a collaborative culture.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Strong understanding of retail industry dynamics.
