Our client is a public sector organisation seeking an Interim Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of FM and maintenance services through effective contractor and stakeholder management. Additional duties involve managing the organisation's PPM strategy, supporting and overseeing H&S best practices, and ensuring the building's safety, cleanliness, and operational effectiveness for its users.
The ideal candidate will have substantial estates and facilities management experience, including maintenance management, project management, and oversight of specialist contracts and contractors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate should be able to start immediately or on a short notice period.
