Vivid Resourcing Ltd. is assisting a Welsh local authority by sourcing an interim Estates Surveyor to support its property and estates team on a six-month contract.

The post will involve managing a portfolio of commercial and operational assets, handling landlord/tenant matters and delivering estates advice to support the council’s property strategy. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements apply, subject to agreement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Estates Surveyor or similar property role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property management and lease administration.
• Experience in a public sector environment is desirable.

• Undertake landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals and rent reviews.
