Job summary

Service Care Solutions are recruiting an Asset & Estates Surveyor to join a West Midlands Local Authority on a 6-month contract, managing a varied commercial property portfolio and supporting the Council's Asset Management Strategy.

The role requires experience in asset/estates management, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and strong property negotiation skills. RICS qualification desirable; public sector experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience within Asset Management or Estates Management.
• Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters.
• Experience with acquisitions and disposals.
• Commercial property negotiation experience.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• RICS qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
• Public sector/public authority experience advantageous.

£358 per day PAYE / £450 per day Umbrella

The Role
