G2 Recruitment Group Limited is assisting a public sector organisation in recruiting an interim Estates Surveyor for an initial 6-month assignment in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on managing a commercial portfolio within the public sector, with 3 days on site each week and umbrella-pay arrangements.

The ideal candidate will hold RICS chartership, bring experience in rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant work, and be able to start within two weeks.
