Job summary

Royal Holloway Students’ Union is seeking a Commercial Growth Manager (Interim) to lead revenue generation through advertising, sponsorship and media sales. You will identify opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and help implement scalable systems and processes to support sustainable growth.

The role focuses on developing the commercial offer, improving operations and customer experience, and laying foundations for long-term growth within RHSU’s commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow RHSU’s income through advertising, sponsorship and media sales.
• Identify and develop scalable commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Help implement CRM and optimize customer data handling to support growth.
