Royal Holloway Students' Union is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and shape the financial operation of the Union. You will oversee reporting, controls and compliance while providing strategic financial insight to support decisions and sustainability.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure resources are used effectively and align with organisational priorities, while leading and developing a high-performing Finance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
• Ability to lead a finance team and develop staff.
• Experience with internal controls and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective operation of the Finance function and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee internal controls and statutory compliance across the Union's finances.
• Provide strategic financial insight to support decision-making and long-term sustainability.
• Develop, mentor and manage a high-performing Finance team.
