Royal Holloway Students’ Union invites applications for a Commercial Growth Manager (Interim). You will drive income growth through advertising, sponsorship and media partnerships, identifying opportunities and building strong relationships with partners and customers.

A key part of the role is developing scalable processes and systems, including implementing a CRM platform and improving how we manage commercial data to support long-term growth and enhance the student experience.

Commercial Growth Manager (Interim)

Location: Royal Holloway Students’ Union

Salary: £41k - £47k per year

The role

We’re looking for a Commercial Development Executive to help grow RHSU’s income through advertising, sponsorship and media sales. You’ll identify and develop new commercial opportunities, build strong relationships with partners and customers, and help turn these opportunities into sustainable revenue.

A key part of the role will be developing scalable systems and processes that support commercial growth, including implementing and embedding a CRM platform and improving how we manage customer relationships and commercial data.

Working as part of RHSU’s wider Commercial Development strategy, you’ll help improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience and build the foundations for long-term, sustainable commercial growth.

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term (12 months)

Salary range: £41k - £47k. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Hours can be arranged in line with RHSU’s flexible working approach and to suit the needs of the organisation.
