Job summary

An established industry player is seeking dynamic Interim HR Change Managers to support a significant organisational restructure. This hands-on role requires true HR Change Specialists with extensive experience in managing change processes from start to finish. You will engage with various stakeholders, facilitate focus groups, and navigate the challenges that arise during large-scale consultations. The position is hybrid, with a base at Scotland Yard and flexibility for remote work. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in HR change management and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Job description

We are delighted to be working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim HR Change Managers until the end of the year.

Like many organisations, the Metropolitan Police are going through a large organisational restructure, so we are looking for true HR Change Specialists who have carried out this process end to end on numerous occasions, as demonstrated on their CV.

These are very hands-on roles, so we need people who are experienced at physically carrying out every step of the process rather than overseeing it at a higher level.

You need to have vast experience in large-scale consultations, be confident with FAQs that will arise throughout, and be resilient to deal with any challenges along the way.

You should possess excellent engagement skills with experience in holding engagement sessions or focus groups.

This is a hybrid role, and your base will be Scotland Yard 3 days a week (there may be the occasional need to go to Kilburn Police Station), and the rest is remote.

To be considered, you need to be a proven HR Change Specialist - at this stage, we aren’t looking for HR Business Partners that have experience in restructures, but we do want those that have done so consistently as the main part of their job managing change.
