Randstad Professionals is working alongside a private equity-backed Fintech business , that is seeking a highly experienced Interim CFO to lead a carve-out process from end to end. This is a critical appointment for the organisation.

The successful candidate will have previously delivered a full carve-out, ideally within a PE-backed environment. The role requires a strategic leader who is willing to be hands-on when needed to ensure financial stability and clarity for all stakeholders throughout a complex separation process.

Requirements

Lead and manage the full carve-out process, including TSA's, ensuring a seamless separation
Build and implement financial and operational systems, processes, and controls
Support in establishing a finance function that is fit for purpose for the standalone entity
Partner with PE investors to provide insight and strategic guidance
