This is a client-facing role targeting C-suite (CFO) professionals in the Insurance Sector, covering Life, Non-Life & Specialty insurance. You will lead or participate in large-scale finance transformation projects, workshops, and programs, mentoring teams of Managers, Consultants, and Senior Consultants, and guiding client finance teams through change initiatives. The practice involves strategy and implementation, including regulatory compliance (e.g., IFRS 17) and broader finance functions such as target operating model design, process improvements, system architecture, and data analytics.
We seek Senior Managers with experience from a global consulting organization, currently at or equivalent to Senior Manager level, with a focus on Finance Transformation in Insurance. Essential skills include knowledge of insurance finance technologies and systems (Actuarial models, ERP, consolidation, reporting tools, data platforms), insurance reporting standards, and compliance. Broader expertise should encompass insurance finance processes, controls, risks, and technology trends like Cloud, SaaS, automation, and Big Data. Candidates should understand end-to-end finance systems architecture and be capable of designing strategic architectures and transition roadmaps. Personal qualities include being proactive, a team player, passionate about high performance, and discreet, with all interactions respecting GDPR guidelines.
