Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead care-home operations across multiple sites in the Leeds area. You will work with Home Managers and regional teams to balance governance, quality, and hands-on leadership.

The role offers a daily rate of £400–£500 and expenses covered, with a focus on improving care quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across services.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in adult social care, multi-site or senior management.
• Proven track record supporting care homes through inspections, governance and quality improvement.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Support Home Managers to improve care quality, governance, and operational performance across multiple services.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop management teams.
• Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
