Job Opportunity: Asset Manager

Our client is seeking a specialist Asset Manager for a 6-month contract to oversee a large multi-let estate.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing sustainable asset management strategies.
2. Handling management issues and creating business plans and strategies for each asset.
3. Managing day-to-day tasks such as new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, surrenders, and forfeitures.
4. Establishing strong relationships with third-party service providers, including letting agents, solicitors, property managers, and building surveyors.
5. Conducting site visits (access to a car is essential; flexible arrangements can be discussed).

Qualifications: Relevant experience is more important than MRICS qualification.
