Qualifications

• Experience of managing advice services within the charity/community sector.
• Strong knowledge of welfare benefits, housing, debt or immigration.
• Confident using case management systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily delivery of the advice service across multiple sites.
• Lead a small team of staff and volunteers, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Support service development and expansion with senior leaders.
• Maintain a caseload of clients as needed.
