NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced rehab assistants to join our staff bank. You will support a client-centred service, promoting excellent customer service and effective working relationships within the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS).

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, timely rehabilitation for patients stepping up from the integrated health team or stepping down from acute or community beds across Havering, Redbridge,

Responsibilities

• Carry out and monitor treatment plans under guidance of healthcare professionals
• Observe patient progress and contribute to clinical decision-making
• Work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) across health, social, and voluntary sectors
• Coordinate with patients, carers, and transport services to organise care and visits
• Maintain and competently use clinical equipment, report faults, and manage stock
• Follow health and safety protocols and organisational guidelines
