Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced rehab assistants to join our staff bank in Ilford. You will support patient-centred rehabilitation and help deliver timely care within the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS) across multiple boroughs.

As part of the IRS, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, coordinate with patients and carers, and ensure safe use of clinical equipment.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced rehab assistants to join our staff bank.

The successful candidates, will support the trust to consistently deliver a “client-focused” service which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.

They would be working as part of the Intensive Rehabilitation Service (IRS) to provide high quality, timely rehabilitation for patients requiring step up from the integrated health team or step down from an acute or community bed across the areas of Havering, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham.
