You

We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Intensive Housing Management (IMO) Officer to support our 18+ residents in Dartford and west Kent.

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in youth work, supported housing or similar. You will have experience of working with young people, so clear communications and excellent interpersonal skills are key aspects of this role.

YMCA TGG provides support and guidance to help young people gain the skills and confidence to live independently. You will play a vital role in the lives of our residents, supporting them to map out what they want their future to look like and then coaching them to achieve it.

Summary of Job Profile:
