As an Intensive Housing Management Officer (IHMO), you will play a vital role in building safe, inclusive, and thriving communities for our residents. This dynamic position focuses on delivering high-quality housing management support, maintaining properties to excellent standards, and successfully sustaining tenancies. The Havering Complex Needs Pathway offers support to 23 residents across 5 services for individuals with low to medium level complex needs. This role involves supporting residents and participants in the Havering Borough to reintegrate into the community and prepare for independent living. The position is a floating officer role based in the Havering borough, supporting multiple services with intensive housing management support.
37.5 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, onsite.
