As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives. The role involves weekly key working, carrying out regular reviews and risk assessments. Our Holland Street service is 24/7 emergency access, supporting individuals aged between 16-35 who are experiencing homelessness with referrals coming via the case work teams at Glasgow City Council.
