Job summary

South Eastern Railway seeks an experienced Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead major depot and infrastructure projects from design to handover. Based at our London head office with hybrid working, you will manage scope, schedules, risks and dependencies while coordinating with contractors, engineers and operations.

You will represent programmes at a senior level, ensuring safe, efficient delivery aligned with business objectives and long-term operational performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of delivering major rail infrastructure programmes from design through to handover.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces across contractors, consultants and operations.
• Strong governance, reporting and decision-making skills in a live operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of major rail infrastructure programmes across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Provide governance, assurance and clear reporting to senior stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Challenge and support delivery partners to achieve safety, quality and performance standards.
