Job summary

South Eastern is seeking an Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead major rail infrastructure projects from design through to handover. The role sits in the Fleet Strategy & Major Programmes team at our London head office, with hybrid working.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedules, risks and costs, and work with contractors and partners to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered major rail infrastructure programmes from design through to handover.
• Ability to maintain momentum and hit milestones under pressure.
• Strong leadership, clear communication and sound judgement for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major rail infrastructure programmes across design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Provide governance, assurance and reporting to senior stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Challenging and supporting contractors, consultants and delivery partners to meet safety and quality standards.
• Represent programmes at senior level and coordinate multiple workstreams and interfaces.
