Job summary

Southeastern is seeking an Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead major rail infrastructure programmes from design through to handover, based at London Bridge with hybrid working. You will drive depot and infrastructure projects, coordinating across contractors, engineers and stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes that meet strategic objectives.

• Must have delivered complex infrastructure programmes, especially rail.
• Ability to turn plans into reality with strong milestone control.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience liaising with contractors, suppliers and operations teams.
