Job Description:

• Lead large integrations or M&A projects, focusing on consolidating business locations.
• Manage all project lifecycle activities for medium-term, complex projects impacting multiple departments or offices.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with the bank's methodology, objectives, and risk management standards.
• Lead and motivate diverse project teams, ensuring timely results with minimal business impact.
• Oversee project artifacts, including business case, regulatory compliance, budget, testing, and implementation.
• Escalate risks and issues appropriately to executive sponsors and committees.
• Maintain governance and transparency throughout the project.
• Ensure deliverables meet compliance, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant:
