Job Description:

Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella). London / Hybrid (2 days per week onsite). Until 10th August 2025 (with a potential extension). My client is a London-based Insurer urgently requiring an IT Programme Manager with proven Insurance / Financial Services industry experience and a strong background in Application Integration Projects / Programmes to join a business-critical programme of application integrations ASAP.

Key Requirements:
  1. Proven expertise in IT Programme Management and Project Management within the Insurance / Financial Services industry
  2. Demonstrable experience of working on Application Integration Projects and Programmes
  3. Strong leadership skills, and a drive and passion to lead from the front
  4. Keenness to drive dependencies, risks, and issues
  5. Experience of managing third parties / vendors
  6. Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  9. Flexible approach towards hybrid working
Nice to Have:
  1. A wealth of Insurance industry experience (ideally London Market)
  2. Good understanding of Integration Policy Admin Systems
  3. Awareness of Underwriting Workbench
  4. Immediate availability
