Job summary

Clayton Davies Ltd. is seeking an Integration Consultant to support the onboarding of advisory firms into the wider business. You will be the key contact for operational, workflow and system questions, delivering engaging training and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

The role requires experience in financial planning operations, client servicing or paraplanning, with strong knowledge of adviser workflows and back-office technology. Intelligent Office familiarity is a plus.

• Desirable familiarity with Intelligent Office software.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of advisory firms into the wider business.
• Serve as main point of contact for operational, workflow and system queries.
• Deliver training sessions and create user-friendly support materials.
• Assist advisers and support teams to adopt new processes and ways of working.
• Review business data to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
• Help migrate and validate information across systems and platforms.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels for a positive integration experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding methodologies.
• Identify operational risks and propose solutions for implementation.
• Contribute to multiple integration projects while maintaining delivery standards.
