The Opportunity

Looking to take your IFA experience to the next level?

We’re recruiting for a Financial Services Integration Specialist to play a key role in integrating newly acquired IFA businesses, helping them transition smoothly onto new systems, processes and ways of working.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner, Client Manager or IFA Administrator looking to move away from a traditional role and into integration, change and project work.

What You’ll Do

• Support the integration of newly acquired IFA firms.


• Lead training on systems, processes, workflows and advice standards.


• Become a key point of contact for operational and system queries.


• Support onboarding, reviews, paraplanning, research and suitability processes.


• Gather, assess and validate client and business data.


• Identify issues, gaps and training requirements.


• Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful integrations.


• Help improve and develop the integration process.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have a strong background in IFA, financial planning or wealth management, with excellent knowledge of operational and advice processes.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong Intelligent Office experience.


• Experience training advisers, paraplanners or administrators.


• Knowledge of providers and DFMs.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Strong organisation and attention to detail.


• The confidence to manage change and solve problems.


• Experience in onboarding, integration or change would be a bonus.
