Job summary

Clayton Davies Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Integration Consultant to support newly joined financial planning firms as they merge into the wider group. You will work directly with advisers, paraplanners and admin teams to ensure smooth adoption of systems and processes.

The role focuses on training, data validation, process improvements and managing multiple integration projects, while building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver consistent onboarding across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning operations or client servicing.
• Familiarity with adviser workflows and back-office technology.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful onboarding of advisory firms into the wider business.
• Act as a key point of contact for operational, workflow and system-related queries.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and create user-friendly support materials.
• Help advisers and support teams adopt new processes and ways of working.
• Review and analyse business data to identify inconsistencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with migrating and validating information across different systems and platforms.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a positive integration experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously enhance onboarding and transition methodologies.
• Identify operational risks, recommend solutions and support their implementation.
• Contribute to multiple integration projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.

As an Integration Consultant, you'll play a central role in supporting newly joined firms as they transition into the wider group. You'll work directly with advisers, paraplanners, administrators and management teams to ensure a smooth adoption of systems, processes and best practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager, Paraplanner or Operations professional looking to move into a broader, more strategic role.

Role & Responsibilities:
