Job summary

Qureight is seeking an Integration and Automation Engineer to automate, integrate, and extend Box, Zendesk, JIRA, HiBob, and Pipedrive across Clinical Operations, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, People, and Finance teams.

You will design scalable automation, ensure GxP-aware delivery, and work with AI/LLM tooling to improve efficiency. Strong scripting, SaaS integration experience, and secure delivery workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• Scripting/development ability to build and maintain integrations against REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience configuring and integrating SaaS platforms beyond basic admin.
• Version control with Git and a change-managed delivery workflow.
• Ability to work with AI/LLM tooling (Claude Code) including prompt design and evaluating output quality.
• Clear written communication documented for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide automation and integration capabilities across Box, Zendesk, JIRA, HiBob, and Pipedrive.
• Build and maintain cross-system integrations to reduce manual handoffs.
• Ensure automation touching regulated systems is version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and validated.
• Identify and size high-value automation opportunities with departments.
• Own end-to-end operation: monitoring, error handling, documentation, and change management.
