Job summary

ASSYSTEM in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Project Planner with advanced Primavera P6 expertise to support delivery of complex infrastructure and capital projects in aviation environments or other live operational settings.

You will lead planning across major programmes, mentor planners, produce executive reporting, and ensure alignment with operations and stakeholder expectations, while driving governance and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Project Planner on major infrastructure programmes.
• Expertise with Primavera P6 for fully integrated schedules across complex portfolios.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, management and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules across complex programmes.
• Act as Lead Planner for major projects, providing oversight and coordination of planning activities.
• Mentor and develop project planners, ensuring consistency of planning standards and reporting.
• Develop baseline programmes covering design, procurement, construction, testing and handover.
• Provide critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment and performance reporting to senior teams.
• Drive governance and planning best practices across multiple projects.
• Lead planning workshops with project teams and stakeholders and drive schedule reviews.
