AIRBUS Defence and Space Limited is seeking an Integrated Project Planner to support major programmes and growth projects within Secure Communications UK. The role covers top and IPT schedules, cost tracking, risk analysis and change control, delivering consolidated management data for senior leadership.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in scheduling, earned value, and project management methodologies, using MS Project and Primavera P6, with flexibility for hybrid working and

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, Earned Value and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of planning best practice, e.g. logic linking/dependencies, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, critical Path Analysis, and WBS.
• Planning to stage boundaries - contingency planning.
• Knowledge/understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Proficient use of MS Project Professional & Primavera P6 Professional.

Responsibilities

• Creation, maintenance and timely delivery of top level and lower level schedules, and IPT schedules.
• Analysing project costs versus project forward load with resource tracking/management for the Project Manager.
• Payment Milestone tracking.
• Risk analysis tracking.
• Change Control (incl. waivers and deviations).
• Support management consolidation, judgement, recommendations and reporting information.
• Provide consolidated project reports monthly and quarterly to senior management including special focus reports.
• Create and maintain standardised templates for schedules and project reporting.
• Project administration support to the Project Manager and the project team.
