Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) at London Stansted Airport is seeking a Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist to provide expert planning and scheduling support across capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the Integrated Master Programme.

You will develop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, with strong focus on dashboards, reporting, and proactive risk management in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Project Management or related discipline.
• APM/ PMI certification or P6 scheduling accreditation ideal.
• Training or qualifications in project controls, delay analysis, or Earned Value Management (EVM) ideal.
• Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path methodology, and programme controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules aligned with delivery milestones.
• Create detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor progress against baselines and produce executive-level schedule performance reports.
• Produce schedule assurance & forecasts and provide early warnings to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to capture real-time schedule data and resolve conflicts.
• Support what-if planning and scenario modelling to assess change impacts.
