Job summary

DXC Technology in Farnborough is seeking a Programme Planner/Scheduler to create and maintain integrated programme and project schedules. You will provide a single, reliable view of delivery progress, align milestones with contractual commitments, and support governance with baselines and change control.

You will use evidence-based planning techniques, manage risks and dependencies, run planning workshops, and produce insightful dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules.
• Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments.
• Monitor progress and produce dashboards, reports, and schedule analyses.
• Manage baselines, stage gates and change control in line with governance.
• Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, issues and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting capability.
