Job summary

Starcom is hiring an Account Manager to join the Publicis One team supporting the LEGO Group. You will help deliver integrated media campaigns across markets, build strong client partnerships, and coordinate across EMEA with diverse specialist teams to ensure successful delivery for a globally recognised brand.

You will translate insights into actionable recommendations while supporting and developing junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team culture within the LEGO account.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a media agency environment supporting campaign planning and delivery.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Interest in integrated media planning and a curiosity about how different channels work together to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Director to deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple business units and international markets.
• Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring campaign activity and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Coordinate campaigns across EMEA, bringing together specialist teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to media planning across a variety of channels and manage selected planning and buying workstreams.
• Translate campaign performance and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable opportunities.
• Support and develop Account Executives, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture, sharing ideas and supporting innovative thinking across the LEGO account.
