• Experience in a media agency supporting campaign planning and delivery.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Interest in integrated media planning and how channels work together to drive results.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
• Analytical mindset to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey info clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Director to deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple business units and international markets.
• Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring campaign activity and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Coordinate campaigns across EMEA, bringing together specialist teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to media planning across a variety of channels and manage planning and buying workstreams.
• Translate campaign performance and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable opportunities.
• Support and develop Account Executives, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
