Job summary

Barclays is seeking an Integrated Financial Crime (IFC) TM PMO Lead to support the governance of end-to-end change across Transaction Monitoring. You will work with delivery partners, ensure controls and governance standards are met, and help mature PMO practices. Location can be Glasgow or London, with exposure to senior stakeholders.

You will apply Agile methods, maintain project documentation, and contribute to risk management and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience with governance frameworks within banking environments.
• Experience in Agile change delivery governance including planning and oversight.
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Proven capability to lead and coach delivery teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of end-to-end change with delivery partners and PMs.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee programmes to ensure consistent outcomes.
• Support project documentation, plans, schedules and budgets, keeping records up-to-date.
• Provide change management framework training and drive continuous improvement.
