Job summary

Barclays is seeking an IFC - Governance & Reporting Portfolio Analyst to help deliver a structured change portfolio in London. You’ll provide governance, oversight and insight to track progress across key initiatives and support strategy development.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, apply data-led reporting (SQL, Power BI) to inform decisions, and help ensure robust controls and timely executive reporting within a dynamic financial crime programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within a structured change environment (planning, RAID, RAG reporting, governance).
• PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile certs or APM PMQ are preferred.
• Ability to translate data into clear management information for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate portfolio governance and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate Book of Work prioritisation, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Ensure controls and governance standards are embedded across the portfolio.
