Job summary

Sizewell C is building a new nuclear power project on the Suffolk coast. We seek an Integrated Assurance Lead to connect assurance activity across the Three Lines Model and deliver clear enterprise-wide insights for decision-making.

You will manage the Integrated Assurance Plan, coordinate multiple providers, and develop dashboards for governance forums. The role requires strong stakeholder management and deep assurance experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in assurance, risk, controls, audit, governance or quality in a large regulated organisation.
• Strong understanding of integrated assurance and the Three Lines Model.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple assurance providers and produce meaningful reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continually improve the Integrated Assurance framework, procedures and ways of working.
• Manage the Integrated Assurance and Audit Plan and coordinate inputs across the Three Lines Model.
• Develop dashboards and analysis for senior management and governance forums.
• Identify gaps, duplication and emerging themes in assurance activity.
• Build strong relationships with assurance providers and delivery teams across Sizewell C.
• Support governance through clear papers, decisions and actions; track progress and follow-up.
