Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an Integrated Assurance Lead to connect assurance providers and business teams across the Three Lines Model. You’ll own the Integrated Assurance Plan, coordinate activity, and provide clear insight to leaders.

This senior role involves stakeholder management, dashboards, and ensuring timely delivery of assurance outputs to support decision making on a high-profile nuclear project in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated assurance frameworks and plans.
• Ability to coordinate assurance activity across the Three Lines Model.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the Integrated Assurance framework, procedures, guidance and ways of working
• Manage and maintain the Integrated Assurance and Audit Plan
• Coordinate assurance activity and inputs across the Three Lines Model
• Connect assurance planning with strategic objectives, significant risks, controls, obligations and critical project milestones
• Identify assurance gaps, unnecessary duplication, common findings and emerging themes
• Develop clear dashboards, reporting and thematic analysis for senior management and governance forums
