Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is leading Sizewell C, a national infrastructure project. The Integrated Assurance Lead will drive and integrate assurance activity across the organisation, ensuring a clear view of risks, controls and assurance coverage for senior leaders.

You will manage the assurance framework, engage with multiple stakeholders, and produce actionable insights to support decision making across Finance, Quality, Internal Audit and Safety teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across assurance, risk, controls, audit, governance or quality in a large, regulated organisation.
• Strong understanding of integrated assurance and the IIA Three Lines Model.
• Ability to develop dashboards and governance materials for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the Integrated Assurance framework and procedures.
• Manage and maintain the Integrated Assurance and Audit Plan.
• Coordinate assurance activity across the Three Lines Model.
• Connect assurance planning with strategic objectives and risks.
• Identify gaps, duplication, and emerging themes in assurance.
• Develop dashboards and governance materials for senior management.
