Skills

Previous virtual assistant or admin experience in insurance or financial services
Familiarity with UK life insurance, critical illness, income protection, or general insurance
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Acturis, HubSpot, or Intelliflo)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Job Title: Insurance VA

Overview:

Were looking for an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our client, a well-established

financial services firm based in Manchester, UK, with their day-to-day insurance operations. This role is ideal

for someone with a background in UK insurance or financial services, who is confident managing back-office tasks,

client communications, and policy administration remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, client communications, and task scheduling for insurance advisers

- Support the onboarding process for new insurance clients

- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate policy and contact data

- Schedule client review calls and send pre/post-meeting documentation

- Assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking new insurance applications

- Liaise with UK insurance providers for quotes, follow-ups, and policy changes

- Prepare renewal notices and ensure timely policy updates

- Ensure all documentation complies with FCA and GDPR standards

- Keep clients informed on key policy changes, premium adjustments, and renewal dates

- Generate weekly/monthly reports on client pipeline, policy status, and renewal activity

- Coordinate between insurance advisers, compliance officers, and third-party providers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous virtual assistant or admin experience in insurance or financial services

- Familiarity with UK life insurance, critical illness, income protection, or general insurance
