Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Managing or Senior Manager to lead insurance consulting engagements across Property/Casualty, Life and Health. You will shape market-leading strategies, business models and digital propositions for large insurers while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will drive business development, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, and mentor teams in a matrixed organisation.

Qualifications

• Management consulting experience with a proven track record of driving business value in Property/Casualty, Life and/or Health insurance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with experience influencing senior stakeholders across varied organisations.
• Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management; ability to blend approaches.
• First-class written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex problems clearly.
• Strong business acumen, financial management capability and reporting to support the business.
• Understanding of modern digital technologies, including AI.
• Experience in people management and developing individuals.
• Proven success in a matrixed organisation and securing cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead streams of work while contributing to Capgemini’s growth and propositions.
• Apply systems-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to achieve client objectives.
• Balance style and substance to add value for clients while ensuring basics are right.
