Job summary

Capgemini Invent, a leading global consultancy, seeks a Director in its Insurance practice to drive delivery across Commercial, Specialty or London Markets, and to build trusted relationships with clients. You will shape the portfolio, leverage your network, and mentor teams across accounts.

You will lead one or more client engagements, contribute to business development, and model Capgemini's values while growing the Invent Insurance capability.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery within the Insurance sector
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow one or more Invent Insurance accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio
• Pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximise impact on client
• Pick up a specific area of Insurance know-how and become the go to focal point for it
• Help the Insurance leadership tor drive aggressive recruitment in the marketplace
• Balance optimally sales and delivery – be hands-on as needed in support of the teams
