A leading Big4 Consultancy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex transformation projects within the Insurance Sector. The role involves delivering strategic initiatives related to innovation, customer experience, growth, regulatory compliance, and efficiency improvements.

Key responsibilities include partnering with top-tier Insurance clients to drive business transformations, developing innovative solutions, managing bids, and leading consulting teams. The focus is on enhancing organizational performance, customer-centric growth, and operational efficiency.

This role is vital for the growth of the Insurance Transformation team, addressing digital disruptions and regulatory challenges aligned with the Customer and Operations service lines.

• Extensive industry experience in General Insurance and Commercial specialties is essential.
• Experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs using methodologies like Lean, Agile, operating model design, change management, and digital transformation.
• Deep understanding of industry, market, and regulatory drivers in the Insurance/FS sector, with the ability to communicate these to clients.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives is preferred.
• Ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff.
