Client Details: Michael Page is partnering with a well-regarded Insurance Firm to assist them in hiring a Financial Controls Transformation Manager for their London-based team. Offices in Bank are hybrid working - 50% days in the office. Salary: £65-70k, bonus up to 10%.

Key Tasks for this Financial Controls Transformation Manager role in the Insurance sector in London:

1. Provide support to identify opportunities to drive improvements in the control environment.
2. Support with design and implementation of controls.
3. Support for identification of risks associated with change delivery.
4. Support and challenge through the various stages of change delivery, including testing and business readiness activities.
