Role and Responsibilities

The Financial Controls Transformation Manager will:

• Support the identification of opportunities to improve the control environment.
• Assist in designing and implementing controls.
• Identify risks associated with change delivery.
• Provide support and challenge during different stages of change delivery, including testing and business readiness activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
• Recent experience in financial control assurance or controls consultancy.
• Experience in delivering improved risk and control outcomes.
• Good understanding of the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (operational and reporting).
• Experience working with new technologies to enhance control environment quality and sustainability.
