We seek Insurance SMEs with strong client relationships and proven delivery experience. Key responsibilities include solution development, enhancing existing solutions, and developing new ones, with a focus on Transformation Leadership and Operational Excellence. The role also involves bid management, pitching, and managing teams.

Coaching and developing teams on high-profile engagements will support personal growth. The organizations' digital transformation is focused on scalable growth.

• Prior Insurance experience (SME)
