Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Support Advisor based on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre. You will oversee the full customer journey, providing service, renewal and administrative support while ensuring FCA compliance for the company and Fleet Sales Managers.

The role requires at least 2 years in insurance support, with a focus on KPI attainment, and familiarity with FCA guidelines. This is a full-time, office-based position with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in an insurance support or related role, preferably dealing with both commercial and automotive insurance.
• Experience working towards KPI and target related expectations.
• Ideally exposed to working within FCA regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full customer journey: providing customer service, renewal and administrative support.
• Communicate customers’ insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e‑mail, website enquiries) and supporting Fleet Sales Managers to ensure FCA rules & guidelines are followed while delivering the best customer experience.
• Planning and processing all administration jobs to efficiently control workload for oneself and teammates.

Insurance Support Advisor

Salary - £26,000-£27,000 per annum

Hours – Full time, permanent contract. Mon-Fri, 0900-1700

We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Support Advisor, to be based at one of the client’s biggest offices on the outskirts of the Liverpool city centre area. This role involves overseeing the full customer journey: providing customer service, renewal and administrative support, communicating customers’ insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e‑mail, website enquiries) and supporting Fleet Sales Managers to ensure the company and FCA rules & guidelines are followed while delivering the best customer experience.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Always providing an excellent level of customer service, mainly in the assisting of insurance related queries and administrative policies.
• Offering insurance support across the full range of insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements, along with adjustments, renewals and claims.
• Providing a friendly and efficient service, notifying customers of all relevant information complying with FCA and company requirements.
• Planning and processing all administration jobs to efficiently control workload for oneself and teammates.
• Adhering to both company and FCA guidelines and regulations.
