We are working with a specialist Taxi Insurance Brokerage who are industry leaders, maintaining a customer-centric and personalized approach to their growing client base. With excellent scores on FEEFO and almost 40 years of sector-specific knowledge, they truly understand their client base.


Role Overview

As an Insurance Advisor, you will play an essential role in the customer journey. Key duties include:

  1. Offering support across a wide range of Insurance products, liaising with customers regarding their adjustments, renewals, and claims.
  2. Speaking with customers who visit the branch for face-to-face interactions.
  3. Abiding by FCA regulations to ensure compliance.
  4. Managing the renewals process, midterm adjustments, and maintaining control of your own diary.
  5. Supporting wider team objectives and contributing positively to workflow improvements.
  6. Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing customers.
  7. Liaising with Insurers via phone and email.

What We Are Looking For
  1. Experience in Customer Service, ideally in an office-based environment.
  2. A team player who enjoys a tight-knit office dynamic and participates in social events.
  3. Ability to develop relationships with customers and build rapport.

What They Offer
  1. Core hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (no late hours or weekends).
  2. Cert CII study support.
  3. Salary: £21,000 - £23,000+ depending on background in Insurance.
  4. Monthly team bonus averaging £150.
