Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is seeking an Insurance Sales Advisor for our Redditch office. The role focuses on selling Motor Trade Road Risks Insurance with a starting salary of £27,500 and an uncapped bonus, offering an OTE of £37,500. Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to sell motor trade insurance contracts.

• Gather risk information from clients to tailor insurance solutions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance and activity for stakeholders.
• Maintain records of transactions, terms and conditions.
• Review claims to uphold trust and protect reputation.

Our client is currently looking for a proven sales advisor to focus on selling Motor Trade Road Risks Insurance policies from their office based in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
• Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution.
• Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavours.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
• Frequently replenish job‑specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
• Fulfil all company‑established policy obligations.

Experience:

Previous experience dealing with Motor Trade Road Risk Insurance policies would be highly beneficial but not essential.

• Experience with SSP (Pure) would be beneficial, but not essential. Sales Experience is essential.
